Product Description:
The galvanized wire mesh is made of high quality low carbon steel wires. We have two types of galvanized wire mesh, the Hot-Dipped Galvanized Wire Mesh and Electro Galvanized Wire Mesh. The galvanized wire mesh can be used as safety guards on machinery, construction walls, insect mesh and ceilings, poultry fence and all kind of sieves,window screening, It's also used in filtering liquid and gas, sieving grain.
Galvanized wire mesh refers to a type of wire mesh that has undergone a galvanization process to enhance its corrosion resistance. Galvanization involves coating the wire mesh with a protective layer of zinc, which helps prevent rust and corrosion. This process is especially important when the wire mesh is intended for outdoor or harsh environmental applications.
- Hot-dipped Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh (HDG)
Hot-dipped galvanized welded wire mesh is produced from low carbon steel wire such as Q195 or Q235, with zinc coating applied after welding.
This process provides a thicker zinc layer and stronger corrosion resistance, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use, fencing systems, and harsh environments.
- Electro Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh (EG)
Electro galvanized welded wire mesh is made from low carbon steel wire, typically Q195, with zinc coating applied by electroplating.
It features a smooth and bright surface with basic rust protection, suitable for indoor use or light outdoor applications.
- PVC Coated Welded Wire Mesh
PVC coated welded wire mesh is manufactured from galvanized welded mesh and then coated with PVC.
The PVC layer provides additional corrosion resistance, color options, and longer service life, commonly used for garden fencing, poultry enclosures, and decorative fencing.
- Stainless Steel Welded Wire Mesh
Stainless steel welded wire mesh is produced from 304 or 316 stainless steel wire, offering excellent corrosion resistance, strength, and hygiene performance.

The Types Of Welded Wire Mesh:

The wire of the welded wire mesh is straight or wavy (also called Dutch wire). According to the shape of the mesh surface, it can be divided into: welded mesh sheet and welded mesh roll.
Characteristics of stainless steel 304D
1. Corrosion resistance. Uniform corrosion resistance in dilute hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, acetic acid + salt and other environments is far better than 304 material
2. High strength and high wear resistance. The yield strength is 1.3 times or more than 304, and the elongation is not less than 45%.
3. Good welding performance, the strength after welding is higher than 304 material

Packing
To well protect the meshes, usually we wrap the mesh with plastic film, or waterproof paper.
Sometimes if the customer request, we will wrap another layer of shrink film outside of the waterproof paper.
Then meshes will be load onto pallets or containers.
Payment term
1)100%T/T in advance if order amount less than USD10000.00
2) 30% paid in advance and 70% balance paid before shipment if order amount more than USD10000.00.
3) Irrevocable L/C at sight.
Any other payment term can be negotiable
